Riders attending the 2nd event of the Downtown Airport Time Trial Series faced much warmer temperatures and a stronger wind blowing from the south but we had lots of great performances and a good time was had by all.
Champion this month was Mark "Blue Springs Express" Carey and Annie "Check Out My New Wheels" Altorfer.

Bit of a change from our "First Tuesday of the Month" routine as the next event in the Series will be Thursday, May 29th. There is no fee to participate and you don't have to be affiliated with Midwest Triathlon Coaching (though we'd love it if you were). We do ask athletes to "Join" the Event on Facebook so we know you are coming.
